Looking after our members and our community is our number one priority, and we are closely following advice from government and the relevant authorities to make sure that we are prepared.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the outbreak, Bridgend LifeSavers Credit Union can now offer payment holidays for 3 months on existing personal loans. If you would like to apply for a payment break - please email email@example.com or telephone 01656 729912 and a member of staff will be able to help.
If you need cash urgently, we are now able to arrange same day payments via BACS. Please telephone or email the office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request your funds. If you do not have access to a bank account, our team are in place to arrange an alternative method of payment.
From Monday 23rd March 2020, we will be launching our new online loan application portal. Members, both new and existing will be able make a loan application, send supporting documents and sign their loan agreement all online.
To ensure that our staff can continue working on site and support our members, it may become necessary in the future to close our doors to the public but still operate a full service via telephone and email.
