How does it work?

Load money from your Credit Union account onto your card by telephoning the Credit Union office on 01656 729912
You can then use your card to withdraw cash or make purchases in shops or online, anywhere that accepts Visa.
Manage your card through your credit union by telephone or online
Telephone your Credit Union branch to reload your card (funds can only be loaded during office opening hours and may take up to 24 hours).

About Prepaid Cards

A prepaid card is a pay-as-you-go payment card

Cardholders 'load' money onto the card, which can then be used to buy goods and services, or withdraw from cash machines, in the same way as debit cards.

Prepaid cards do not have an overdraft facility.
